Children & Youth

We believe that every child is wonderful, created in the image of God.

You're Invited

To be part of a weekly experience of worship, learning, fun, and creativity for the entire family.

We believe that every child is wonderful, created in the image of God. Our hope is to provide a foundational and enriching environment for our children and youth, enabling them to experience God’s love, grow in their Christian faith and discipleship, and discover opportunities for service within the church and in the broader community.

Sunday School during Worship

Children ages 4-18 years old engage in a weekly class with arts and crafts and Bible stories, while building meaningful relationships with each other. Children leave together for their class after the Children’s Sermon. To ensure the safety of our children, all staff and volunteers who work with children participate in a background screening process.

Children in Worship

Children of all ages are welcomed into the worship service. A nursery is located on the second floor for children ages 0-3, as needed by families. There is also a welcome area at the back of the sanctuary with books, coloring supplies, and quiet toys to help parents of restless children.

Each week, children are invited to the front steps of the sanctuary for a Children’s Sermon. Following this, children go together to a Sunday School class.

Older children are invited to lead in worship on a regular basis by reading scripture and prayers, serving as ushers and greeters, or sharing musical talents. Younger children have opportunities to lead by lighting candles, helping their parents, or joining the Children’s Pageants.

There is also a Parents & Infants Room located on the Main Floor next to the restroom.
